This is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Elijah Craig, released to mark the 2025 Ryder Cup. It was made in Bardstown, Kentucky, and is bottled at 47% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The bourbon is finished with toasted sugar maple and applewood staves, and the edition sits outside the regular Elijah Craig range.
The nose offers toasted oak, vanilla and caramelised sugar. On the palate come rich caramel, light spice and subtle fruit, leading to a long, smooth finish with a hint of smoke and lingering sweetness.
