A red wine based on Malbec from La Celia. It has an intense ruby colour with light violet reflections. The nose offers dark berry fruit such as plum and ripe cherry, with delicate floral notes and light spice. On the palate it is balanced, with soft fruit, present but not aggressive tannins and freshness that cleans the sip. The finish is of medium persistence. Serve at around 16-18 °C in a wide tulip glass; opening a few minutes before serving, or brief decanting, can soften the tannins further.
