This is a Miltonduff 20 year old Speyside single malt, bottled by Elixir Distillers in its Single Malts of Scotland series. It was distilled on 22 March 1999 and bottled on 16 July 2019, after twenty years in a single bourbon hogshead.
It is bottled at a cask strength of 52.2% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring, in a limited edition of 236 bottles.
The nose brings sweet malt, bubblegum, chewy fruit sweets, vanilla ice cream and pear cider. Toasted oak, porridge, ripe banana, tropical fruit and peach eau-de-vie follow on the palate, and the finish is sweet malt, toasted nuts and gentle oak spice.
