A 2011 Miltonduff bottled by Duncan Taylor at 54.4%, in a 70cl bottle. Miltonduff was built in 1824 on the grounds of Pluscarden Abbey, near Elgin, and rebuilt in 1895. It was renovated in 1974 and again in 1999, and its water still comes from the Black Burn. Its whisky is a main component of the Ballantine's blend. Between 1974 and 1981 the distillery also ran a Lomond still to make a second whisky, Mosstowie.
