This is a Miltonduff single malt from the 2006 vintage, bottled by Sansibar at 49.6% in a 70cl bottle. Miltonduff was built in 1824 on the grounds of Pluscarden Abbey, near Elgin in Speyside, and rebuilt in 1895. Two stills were added in 1974 to produce a whisky called Mosstowie, and the distillery was renovated again in 1999. Its water comes from the Black Burn. The distillery's whisky is a main component of the Ballantine's blend.
