A rosé from Tenuta di Fessina, produced in the Etna area from Nerello Mascalese. A short maceration on the skins is followed by ageing in stainless steel.
It shows elegance and vibrant freshness, with red fruit nuances and delicate mineral hints recalling the lava soil. On the nose there are strawberry, cherry and a floral background; on the palate it balances acidity and softness, with a clean, persistent finish.
It pairs with charcuterie starters, summer fish dishes or rich salads.
