Espolòn Reposado is a tequila distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. It is made at Destilería San Nicolás and rested for three to five months in lightly charred American oak barrels, which gives it a golden colour while keeping the bright agave character.
The nose offers roasted agave, caramel, vanilla and a hint of spice. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with baked agave, butterscotch, toasted oak and a touch of pepper. The finish is long and silky, with vanilla, spice and sweet caramelised fruit.
