Etna Bianco DOC from Montedolce. It shows a bright, lively colour with golden reflections. The nose brings white flowers, citrus and a subtle mineral note reminiscent of volcanic stone. On the palate there is lively acidity with mandarin, green apple and a light touch of aromatic herbs. It suits light fish, seafood or vegetarian dishes, and works well as an aperitif.
