Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch is a bourbon from Kentucky, named after the year in which Evan Williams founded the state's first distillery. It is a small batch expression, drawn from fewer than 200 barrels, and it is extra-aged.
The whiskey is made by the sour mash process, using the same traditional recipe that Evan Williams made popular.
