An apple-flavoured whiskey from Evan Williams, built on a Kentucky straight bourbon base and bottled at 35% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Crisp green apple is blended with the bourbon, giving a light copper colour in the glass. It is suggested chilled as a shot or in mixed drinks.
The nose is green apple with a hint of bourbon. The palate is juicy and sweet, with apple, caramel and light spice, and the finish is long and smooth, with green apple and bourbon.
