This is a spiced apple cider liqueur blended with extra-aged Bourbon whiskey, from Evan Williams of Kentucky. It is bottled at 17% vol. in a 75cl bottle.
It pours a slightly cloudy, pale gold. The nose offers cinnamon, ripe fruit and cotton candy, and warming it brings out apples and graham crackers.
The palate is sweet and soft, with apples and a hint of allspice, turning to baked apples and nutmeg when warm. The finish is short, sweet and mouth-coating, and lengthens with citrus and cobbler notes when warmed.
