Evan Williams Single Barrel is a Kentucky bourbon, sold in a 70cl bottle. Each bottle is marked with the date the spirit went into the barrel, the year of bottling and the number of the single barrel it came from.
The bourbon is drawn from small batches selected by hand by Master Distillers Parker and Craig Beam, and each barrel receives extra ageing. Evan Williams founded the first commercial distillery in Kentucky, on the Ohio River, in 1783.
The taste is rich and aromatic, with oak, honey, apple and orange.
