This is a straight rye whiskey bottled at 99 proof, or 49.5% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted grain.
The distiller describes hints of chocolate, leather, vanilla and spicy grains, balanced by slightly sweet, oaky tones. On the palate there is lemon, orange and honey over a dry, peppery base, and the finish brings dark chocolate, sea salt and a last kick of pepper.
