Ezra Brooks 99 Proof Straight Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey made in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is bottled at 99 proof, which is 49.5% ABV, in a 750ml bottle, and pairs rye spice with caramel, oak, vanilla and baking spice.
The nose has rye spice, toasted oak, vanilla, caramel and a little pepper. The palate brings rye grain, brown sugar, cinnamon, oak and baking spice. The finish is warm and lingering, with peppery spice and light sweetness.
