Falco Bianco Biodinamico Rubicone IGT

Falco Bianco Biodinamico is a white wine from Fattoria Piccione under the Rubicone IGT. The producer follows declared biodynamic principles, with attention to vineyard balance and reduced cellar intervention. In the glass it is pale straw yellow, with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and light herbaceous notes. The palate is slender, with lively acidity supporting the body without aggression, finishing with pleasant mineral and savoury notes. Serve around 8-10 °C with seafood starters, light fish dishes or vegetarian preparations.
