Falco Sangiovese Biodinamico Rubicone IGP - Fattoria Piccione

A red wine from Fattoria Piccione, made from Sangiovese under biodynamic indications. It shows a bright ruby colour with light violet reflections. The nose brings small red fruits, aromatic herbs and a subtle spicy note. On the palate it has medium structure, balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins, with a moderately long finish that recalls the aromas. It suits everyday drinking with cured meats, white meats, legume soups, pasta with sauce and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at a moderate temperature.
