An organic white wine from Ravenna IGP, made by Bulzaga from the Famoso grape.
It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose has white flowers such as acacia and chamomile, ripe peach and citrus. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with well-balanced acidity and medium structure, and a refined, lasting aromatic finish.
It suits an aperitif, fish, shellfish, light pasta dishes, vegetarian food and fresh cheeses; serve at 8-10°C.
