Ononide Frizzante Ancestrale BIO is a sparkling wine from Bulzaga, made by ancestral method fermentation in bottle without added yeasts or sugars. It is organic. It is pale yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows citrus, green apple, fresh yeasts and a subtle floral note. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with balanced acidity, a light toasted bread note and fresh fruit, leaving a clean, refreshing finish. It suits an aperitif or light dishes such as summer salads, seafood or sashimi.
