A biodynamic white wine from Podere Vecciano, grown in Romagna on hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The nose offers apricot and peach, with jasmine and chamomile floral notes and a light touch of spice from ageing. On the palate it is surprisingly fresh, with good structure and lively acidity leading to a persistent, pleasantly aromatic finish. Serve at 8-10 degrees. It pairs with fish dishes, especially raw or grilled, light starters or as an aperitif.
