Fettercairn 10 Year Old Fresh Tawny Port Hogshead - Claxton's Exploration Series (70cl, 50%)

This is a single cask Fettercairn from Claxton's Exploration Series, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026, making it ten years old. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. It comes from a Fresh Tawny Port hogshead, which brings tropical fruit together with strawberries, raisins and oak spice. The nose shows ripe papaya and pineapple with a light citrus note. On the palate sweet strawberries and concentrated raisins meet oak spice, and the long finish stays spicy and ends on oak.
