This is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Fettercairn, in a 70cl bottle. The 2022 release is a vatting of sherry matured and sherry finished casks.
The selection includes first and second fill Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and ex-Bourbon casks. They were chosen to bring out the tropical character of the distillery's house style, which comes from the copper cooling ring used during distillation.
