This is the second release of Fettercairn 16 Year Old, from 2021. It brings together spirit from sherry-matured casks and sherry-finished casks.
The selection includes first fill Oloroso butts and rare first fill Palo Cortado butts, which the distillery credits with adding complex nuances to its style. It is bottled at 46.4% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
