Fettercairn – 1995/2025 29 Year Old Hogshead #2824 Signatory Vintage Symington's Choice (70cl, 59.8%)

This is a 29-year-old single cask Fettercairn from the Symington's Choice range, bottled by Signatory Vintage at its natural cask strength of 59.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural in colour and not chill-filtered. The whisky was distilled on 25 October 1995 and matured in hogshead 2824 until it was bottled on 9 October 2025. The cask yielded 211 bottles. The nose offers honeyed malt, mango, apricot and vanilla, with soft oak and a floral touch. On the palate come tropical fruit, toffee, roasted almonds and spicy oak over creamy malt sweetness. The finish is long, with fruit and vanilla fading into warming oak spice.
