This is a 30 year old single cask Fettercairn from a hogshead, distilled on 25 October 1995. Signatory Vintage bottled it on 17 April 2026 for Symington's Choice, as part of its Cask Strength Collection. The outturn is 157 bottles.
It is bottled at a cask strength of 58.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The nose brings ripe apples and pears with honey and vanilla, soft oak and a slightly waxy depth. On the palate, juicy fruit, creamy vanilla and toffee meet sweet spices and a touch of ginger. The finish is long and sweet, with vanilla and gentle spice lingering as the fruit fades.
