This is a 2009 Fettercairn, a Highlands single malt bottled by Valinch & Mallet at 53.4% in a 70cl bottle.
Fettercairn sits on the southern edge of the Cairngorms, in the Eastern Highlands, and its name is usually taken to mean foot of the stone monument. Sir Alexander Ramsay founded the distillery in 1824. It was the second distillery after Glenlivet to receive an official distilling licence.
