Fettercairn – Provenance 10 Year Old 2012/2022 (46%)

This is a single cask Fettercairn from the Highlands, bottled by Douglas Laing as part of its Provenance Collection. It was distilled in October 2012 and bottled in December 2022 at 46%, without added colour or chill-filtering. All ten years of maturation were spent in a single refill hogshead, which yielded 398 bottles. The tasting notes describe red jam among dry spices, soft oak and a warming note of cough sweets.
