FEW 8 Immortal Rye Whiskey

This is a rye whiskey from FEW Spirits of Evanston, Illinois, made from the distillery's straight rye combined with 8 Immortals tea. The tea adds an overlay of peach, honey and dragon fruit to the spice of the rye. FEW Spirits describes its approach as grain-to-glass, producing small-batch spirits in a city that was dry for nearly a century. Its founder, Paul Hletko, campaigned to overturn those laws, and FEW became the first distiller of grain spirits within the city limits.
