Fid Street is a gin distilled in small batches at Hali'imaile Distilling Company on Maui, using glass stills. Its botanical bill combines classic gin ingredients with Maui Gold pineapple, lavender and hibiscus. The pineapple contributes smoothness rather than a distinct pineapple flavour. It has received a Double Gold Medal at the 2024 SIP Awards, a Silver Medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a Gold Medal at the 2024 L.A. Spirits Awards and a 90-point score from the Beverage Testing Institute.
