Field & Sound Bottled in Bond Bourbon is a straight bourbon distilled by Long Island Spirits on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. This is Batch 2.
The mash uses locally grown field corn, winter rye and malted barley. It is fermented by the sweet mash method and distilled in pot stills, giving a high rye bourbon.
It was aged in new charred American oak casks for not less than four years, by the bluffs above Long Island Sound.
