This is the fifth Sherry Cask release from Filey Bay, a gentle marriage of the distillery's two distillate styles.
The whisky was matured in two kinds of hogshead: first fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and first fill ex-moscatel sherry casks.
It is fruity and complex, with flavours of dark brown sugar, marmalade, currants, walnuts and festive spices.
