Filey Bay STR Finish Batch 4 is a Yorkshire single malt made as field to bottle whisky. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in ex-red wine casks that were shaved, toasted and re-charged.
The finish adds layers of sweet spices and red fruits. It is described as light, floral and fruity, with red fruits, vanilla ice cream and toasted oak on the palate.
