Filey Bay STR Red Wine Cask is an English whisky bottled at 47.3% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in ex-red wine casks that had been shaved, toasted and re-charred, which adds layers of sweet spice and red fruit.
It is made from field to bottle with 100% homegrown barley, and was new for autumn 2025. The whisky is soft and malty, with flavours of biscuit, marzipan, boiled sweets and red fruits.
