Filliers 28 is a Belgian gin made with 28 botanicals, from a recipe dating to the 1920s. It is presented in a 50cl bottle.
The nose shows citrus, floral notes, coriander, angelica root and juniper. The palate is soft and velvety, balancing sweetness and spice in a round, full flavour.
The finish is long and persistently aromatic. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for cocktails.
