Finlaggan – Sherry Finished Single Malt (70cl)

Finlaggan Sherry Finished is a single malt from Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in casks that previously held sherry, which adds colour and depth to a peated island whisky. The nose combines raisins and prunes with peat and light smoke. The palate starts soft, with honey and caramel, then cinnamon and nutmeg, and dark fruit beside peat that stays present without dominating. The finish is long, smoky and lightly sweet.
