Fistful of Bourbon Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

A blended straight bourbon from William Grant & Sons, made by combining five straight American bourbons, hence the name. Master blender Brian Kinsman and blender Kelsey McKechnie chose them for their differing character: sweet, floral, baking spice, buttery toffee, and cinnamon with liquorice. It is aged for a minimum of two years and bottled at 45% (90 proof). The nose brings burnt orange, pear, green apple, mint, sweet corn and cinnamon. The palate is smooth and balanced, with caramel, toffee, baking spice and a fresh, lightly herbal note, and the finish is warm, with lingering spice and gentle oak.
