Flaming Pig Black Cask is an Irish whiskey made by West Cork Distillers in Skibbereen, in a 70cl bottle.
It was aged in bourbon casks that were then charred, which gives a distinctly sweet flavour.
The nose has intense smoke and vanilla, with ripe exotic fruit and hazelnuts. The palate is rich and soft, with vanilla, caramel and spice.
