Flecha Azul Tequila Blanco is a blanco tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% mature blue Weber agave.
The agave hearts are slow-cooked, then fermented with care and distilled in copper pot stills. The blanco is bottled without significant ageing, with gentle filtration to maintain purity and a silky texture.
The nose has fresh blue agave, lime zest, crisp citrus, white pepper, subtle banana leaf and gentle floral herbs. The palate is clean and bright, with zesty citrus, green apple, fresh agave, white pepper spice and a slight hint of jalapeño leaf, plus minerality and herbal notes. The finish is refreshing and persistent, with agave sweetness, citrus echo and a clean mineral finish with light spice.
