A Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled and aged in Kentucky and created by Master Distiller Marianne Eaves. It is a small batch release, blended from a limited number of barrels and bottled at 47% ABV.
It comes in an art-deco-inspired decanter-style bottle with a wooden stopper.
The nose is baking spice, toasted oak and honeycomb. On the palate there is dark caramel, cinnamon and vanilla bean, then cherry wood, orange peel and roasted nuts. The finish is long and warming, with oak char and butterscotch.
