Forst Felsenkeller is a lager from the Forst brewery, produced in the heart of the Italian Alps. It has a bright golden colour and a persistent, creamy head.
Fermentation takes place in historic rock cellars, which help give the beer its complexity and roundness. The aroma is balanced, with subtle malt notes, floral accents and a light herbal touch from carefully selected hops.
On the palate it is soft, with subtle cereal flavours and an underlying sweetness. It suits light meals such as pizza, cured meats and fresh or semi-aged cheeses.
