Four Roses – Single Barrel (70cl)

Four Roses Single Barrel is a bourbon aged for at least seven years in new, lightly charred American white oak barrels. The Master Distiller selects each barrel personally, and every bottle is filled by hand and numbered, roughly 248 bottles from a barrel. The distillery stands on the bank of the Salt River in Lawrenceburg. A series of numbers on the back label records when the whiskey went into the barrel and when it was bottled, so no two single barrels are quite the same. The selected barrels show a spicy character, a floral aroma and a light, delicate finish.
