Four Roses – Yellow Label Bourbon (75cl, 40%)

Four Roses Yellow Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle, made at the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg. It blends all ten of the distillery's bourbon recipes, which come from two mashbills crossed with five yeast strains. Each recipe adds its own character, giving a floral, approachable style. The nose is floral, with hints of corn and vanilla. On the palate there is mint and spice, soft and mellow, and the finish is long, soft and mellow.
