A Franciacorta Satèn from Gralo', with fine bubbles and a creamy palate. The nose shows white flowers, ripe apple and pear, with a light note of fresh bread, brioche and almond. The palate is medium-bodied, balanced between fresh acidity and pleasant sapidity, with aromatic persistence. It suits an elegant aperitif or delicate dishes such as shellfish, fish carpaccio, seafood risotto and fresh cheeses. Serve cool but not ice-cold, around 8-10 C, in wide glasses.
