Spumante Emea Nature Gralo' (12.5%)

An elegant and incisive spumante from Gralo', with fine, lively bubbles and a dry profile that favours freshness and savouriness over sweetness. It is bright straw yellow in the glass. The nose shows sharp citrus, white flowers and a light impression of bread crust. On the palate the sip is slender, driven by firm acidity and a balance centred on clean sensations, with citrus returns and a pleasant salinity. It suits aperitifs, raw seafood, shellfish, light fried food and fresh cheeses, and also stands up to more savoury dishes. Serve well chilled, around 6-8 °C.
