Fraser and Thompson Whiskey is a blend of 92% Canadian whisky and 8% Kentucky bourbon. It is the project of the Canadian singer Michael Buble.
The nose is delicate, with hints of fig, blood orange and vanilla. The palate is smooth and creamy, with caramel, sweet vanilla, light oak and a hint of spice, and the finish is subtle and warm.
