A red wine from Piedmont made from Dolcetto grapes grown in the Langhe on a south-west-facing hill with calcareous-clay marl soils. It is vinified traditionally, with natural fermentation for about twelve days at a controlled temperature between 24 and 28 °C, then aged for four months in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C and rested for a further month before release. Serve at around 18 °C.
