Frattina Primitivo Salento Grappa is distilled from selected pomace from Primitivo vineyards in the heart of Salento. It is clear and crystalline, with marked notes of ripe red fruit and light hints of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon, enriched by a brief passage in wood. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent finish that echoes the initial aromas. It is suited to being enjoyed as a digestif, with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, or in cocktails.
