Frey Ranch Straight Rye is a bottled-in-bond American whiskey, made from 100% rye. The winter rye is grown sustainably on Frey Ranch itself. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
Aromas of wood, rye spice, vanilla and caramel give way to grapefruit zest, almond and honey. The palate is full-bodied and buttery, with black pepper and ginger up front.
The finish is long, with velvety honey, raisin and cacao nibs. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
