The nose opens with wood and rye spice, vanilla and caramel, then moves to grapefruit zest, almond and honey. On the palate it is full bodied and buttery, with black pepper and ginger to the fore.
The finish is long and lingering, bringing velvety honey, raisin and cacao nibs.
