A four grain straight bourbon from Frey Ranch in Fallon, Nevada, in a 375ml bottle at 45% ABV. The grain is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on the ranch.
The mash bill combines non-GMO corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat and two-row barley malted on site. The bourbon is aged for an average of five years.
Oak and citrus show on the nose, followed by vanilla, caramel, banana chips and dried hay on the palate.
