Frey Ranch Farm Strength is an uncut bourbon bottled at 62.3% ABV, straight from the barrel with no dilution. It is made at Frey Ranch Distillery in Fallon, Nevada.
The grains are grown, harvested and milled on the Frey family farm: non-GMO corn, winter rye, winter wheat and malted barley. The spirit is distilled in pot and column stills and matured in new, charred American oak barrels in Nevada's high-desert climate.
The nose is caramelised sugar, toasted corn and vanilla bean, with cinnamon, clove and orange peel. The palate offers toffee, brown sugar, crème brûlée, rye spice and cocoa, and the finish is long and warming with oak spice and peppery heat.
